Finland is a member state of the European Union and the Schengen area,
and follows the Schengen regulations. Please consult the requirements

Those, who need a visa, are requested to contact the LOC for a formal
invitation. Please note that the invitations will NOT guarantee any
financial support and will be issued only to registered participants.
In addition, LOC may request a proof (if necessary) of the invitee's
status and purpose of the visit.
